The project has been organized in six Work Packages as follows:

WP1 Organization and management of the project
The role of the Work Package 1 is to determine a robust and flexible administrative structure, with clear roles and transparent procedures, so that it will ensure the right and timely decisions for steering the project towards achieving its ambitious objectives.

WP2 Development of digital content
The role of the Work Package 2 is to design, document, collect and develop the digital content that will be used in the following stages of the project.

WP3 Adapting and formulating the exhibition areas
The role of the Work Package 3 is to shape the natural locations of the exhibitions, so that they can combine properly with the complexes where they belong, while at the same time satisfying the needs for the Virtual Reality presentations.

WP4 Obtaining Virtual Reality Equipment
The role of the Work Package 4 is to select and acquire the equipment for the projections of virtual reality content that will be used in the project. This is an important process, since the professional equipment that has the capability to create the Virtual Reality experiences is frequently prohibitively expensive. The objective of the project’s partners is to find financially more accessibly alternative solutions.

WP5 Design and implementation of educational programmes
The role of the Work Package 5 is to implement educational programmes, designed specially for the local communities of the Virtual Reality installations and based on the project’s Virtual Reality content.

WP6 Actions for disseminating the results
The role of the Work Package 6 is to implement those activities that will maximize the promotion and the impact of the project’s result.
